Goat Days 2007

The Bradley Family went back to the International Goat Days Festival in Millington this year. It is a family tradition for us. I think I actually enjoyed this year more than any other year we have gone. We all had a great time.

I won't bore you with all the details of the Goat Days Festival, since I have posted about it previously, but I thought I would share some pictures from our visit this year.

Bradley Kids in their western gear.

My second born feeding a goat. This was a very big step for her. She is afraid of all animals.

My oldest feeding a goat.

The baby. Notice that she has on cowboy boots, too.

Sisters

The following photos were a part of the milking contest. All three of these brothers won prizes. They were excellent milkers. Their mom told me that they milk twice a day, every day.

We could not leave without pony rides. The children have been looking forward to the pony rides for a long time. I think they probably like that better than everything else at Goat Days.

My nephew enjoyed the pony ride as well.

This is a picture of the Bradleys on their way to Silver Dollar City. Shane always tells the kids as they ride in the stagecoach each year, that they are going to visit Silver Dollar City. When they got back I asked Shane, "Did you all go to Silver Dollar Silly, I mean Silver Dollar City?" My sister-in-law, Sonja, said, "Silver Dollar Silly was more like it".

The baby waved to welcome them back.
